YorServ Solutions Ltd is an independent utility consultancy offering a FREE service to all companies and a professional appliance testing company dealing with In-Service Inspection & Testing and Fixed Wire Testing (PIR).
YorServ Solutions Ltd was founded in February 2010 by Martin Bishop and primarily concentrated with In-Service Inspection & Testing (PAT Testing).
In April 2011 YorServ Solutions Ltd developed the Utility Consultancy section of the business. This is an area that we have been involved in, and have extensive knowledge, for many years working with B2B suppliers in Energy (Gas & Electricity) and also Telecommunications.
We are members of the Harrogate Chamber of Trade and Commerce, BAPAT, and sponsor various events within the local Harrogate District.
How strange you may think that we offer PAT Testing & Utility Consultancy.
We have City & Guilds qualified engineers that have retrained and gained skills to carry out PAT Testing and in addition we are helping to develop the professional trade of PAT Testing by being a founding member of the only trade association in the UK, BAPAT. We aim to create the awareness of the trade by Supporting those involved in the trade, Promoting the awareness of the association, Educating the engineers and clients about the Health & Safety implications and Lobbying the Government to ensure better practice and regulation within the industry. In addition to the PAT Testing we have been able to maintain all our knowledge and expertise in the utility market. This helps our clients when we are conducting the testing as we can offer advice on site as to the energy consumption and how to reduce this and decrease the carbon footprint of the client. We can advise on when their contract is due for renewal, when their termination notice is due and also if they are paying the right market price for their gas & electricity. YorServ Solutions Ltd can search the market place with its unique relationship with 20 of the top energy suppliers in Europe to ensure that when you need to change contract we have the right contract available, at the right price and at the right time. We can also advise on the telecommunications for your business and again advise on the costs and if we can offer savings with competitive prices.
